Vaikuntha-Ekadashi-2025-Celebration at Vaikunta Campus, SIT The auspicious occasion of Vaikuntha Ekadashi was celebrated with devotion and grandeur at the Vaikunta Campus of Srinivas Institute of Technology, Mangaluru, on 10th January 2025. The event brought together students, faculty, and dignitaries in large numbers to seek the divine blessings of Lord Srinivasa. The celebration was graced by the esteemed presence of Dr. CA A. Raghavendra Rao, Chancellor of Srinivas University and President of A. Shama Rao Foundation; Vijayalakshmi Amma, Director of Srinivas Group of Colleges; Dr. A. Srinivasa Rao, Pro-Chancellor of Srinivas University and Vice President of the Foundation; and Er. Smt. Mithra S. Rao, Trustee Member of A. Shama Rao Foundation.
On February 20, 2024, a significant religious event took place, by the holy hand of the esteemed ππ«. ππ π. πππ π‘ππ―ππ§ππ«π πππ¨, ji Hon'ble Chancellor of Srinivasa University and President of A. Shama Rao Foundation Mangalore, accompanied by π. ππ’π£ππ²ππ₯ππ€π¬π‘π¦π’ π. πππ¨, Trustee of the Governing Council, Srinivasa University, and ππ«. ππ«π’π§π’π―ππ¬π πππ¨, Hon'ble Pro-Chancellor of Srinivasa University, Vice-President of A. Shama Rao Foundation Mangalore, and Er. ππ¦π. π. ππ’ππ«π π. πππ¨, Trustee of the Governing Council of Srinivas University. and their esteemed family members. starting at 8:00 in the morning with the commencement of the Vishnu SahasranamaParayana, followed by an Ankura Puja at 5:00 in the evening. This event held great significance for the devotees participating, marking a day of spiritual reverence and devotion.
On the auspicious day of February 22, 2024, the divine celebrations at Srinivasa Institute of Technology Valachil Mangalore unfolded with various sacred rituals beginning at 5 AM. The morning commenced with the Gana Homa, Prathista Prasanna Pooja, Kalashaabisheka, Vishnu Sahasranama Havana, Kalpaka Pooja, and Dampati Pooja, each performed with precision and devotion. The Mantrakshette ceremony further enriched the spiritual atmosphere. Under the holy guidance of Dr. Srinivasa Rao Ji, the Kalasha Pratistapana took place, consecrating the sacred Kalasha with divine significance. Following this, Lord Srinivasa's idol was consecrated, signifying the divine presence on the premises.
